Não consigo progredir mais no modo infinito.
Inclusive, uma estratégia mt boa, um escudeiro e 2 fazendas ao redor, as minhas fazendas tavam dando 5 escudeiros a mais cada td turno, escala mt bem, principalmente se vc usar fentiços para fortalecer seus escudeiros, tipo o de dano em área quando morre

Got the game to softlock by lagging at a point where enemy units collided with the exploding ones before battle, so it never started LOL

A suggestion - You should have more options of cards every round, and be able to play more than one card per round. It's hard to upgrade your towers/troops when you can't get matching cards/upgrades for rounds and can only play one card.

Having now cleared Blood on King difficulty, I have a few suggestions. Maybe they aren't good, I don't know. I'm not a game dev.

- blood could use another permanent non-gimmick unit. maybe some kind of fragile ranged attacker. alternatively, make altar demons a standard unit and not a building.
- the imps spawned by blood's castle need to draw aggro. as it stands, it's very common to lose a life turn one because the enemy army's units can walk past your castle imps, and the imps are too slow to catch up.
- the library+spark combo should be toned down, or other buff cards brought up to its level. blood's buff cards in particular feel weak.
- on turns where you can choose a perk, consider having the perk be chosen after a card is drawn - feels bad to take the +1 to all tiles perk only to draw a tile immediately after
- allow me to spend gold on more things. i can reroll shop inventory, why not end-of-turn card choices? perks? what kings i'll be fighting after the first cycle?
- the spells card that levels up a random tile when discarded is a very cool effect and i'd like to see more like that. maybe blood's demon altars or cannons could scale off discards as well as dead units?
- PLEASE consider adding a quick-restart button. it takes a deceptively long time to quit one game and start a new one.

Did you clear Blood mainly using Blood units or did you use the Wizard + Spark gimmick?

Spark+library, yes, but on imps, not wizards.

Hmm, so it seems that trivializes the game. It's a bit unfortunate it's such a feast or famine title.

I wonder if the developer could comment whether he's completed the King difficulty with King of Blood and what's his win percentage because I genuinely don't believe you can even hope to complete the level in 99% of cases.

I did, but I agree it is hard. The way to go is using the king of blood's cards as support and the enemy king as your main, which proves that the king of blood is indeed underpowered.

Eu posso ter entendido errado, mas a floresta deveria diminuir o tempo dos ataques, e não aumentar o tempo certo?

This game is extremely hard, Every strategy you might come up with will most likely be highly effective against one king and very easily exploitable by the other. (hence all the different comments calling each of the kings op or weak) You either have to balance countermeasures between each of the armies or find a strategy so good it just bulldozes everything. Doesn't help that sometimes the game will throw an army at you that isn't in the current rotation of kings.

Is there any way you could add like a summary at the end of the game? damage, building levels, atk speed, atk and stuff like that? always curious what my stats were when I lost. Is there also anyway to get like advanced stat values when looking at cards? what exactly each level does ?

Unfortunately, the game doesn't really seem to be balanced too well.

Comment on Blood King:
If your opening hand has just a Mangler, the mobs ignore your summoned imps and go straight for the keep, as the summons are not fast enough to keep up, or stop them is they do engaged, this is an auto loose.

For the Blood King: it feels like demolition crew should be the answer for the Manglers, but not being able to use it on original imp squares leads mean you cant use it to replenish your mangled troops, and if you double click, or didn't know it only works on non Imp Squares, you are screwed. 

Playing King of Blood on King difficulty is borked. I can't see any way through it.

I played king of nothing and king of spells on king difficulty. I'm playing king of blood right now but I don't see any way through it. All I can say right now, if you have King of Spells as an early game enemy, reload the page.

o rei de sangue também está quebrado, em varios momentos as unidades inimigas ignoram os minions spawnados pelo zigurate e correm para o castelo

I had so much troops till it just freeze. Fun overall.

im having a lot of fun! however it seems like the king of magic is way to OP in the late game

a good one.

issues:
- units getting to position can take up to few minutes especially when there are plenty of them.
- units under shaman's buff are getting way to bigger which can take a good part of a screen.

balance:

- archers (or any other fast attacking units) + chain zap enchantment + library to stack up the enchantment is a broken strategy. after a few iterations under tier 3 library, the zap just wipes out the entire enemy's army before they even touch the archers. probably, there should be a limit of enchantments.

other than that the game is pretty entertaining to play.

this game is HARD, but very addicting. i like the music and visuals.

I have played the game for almost 5 hours now. it did take about 30 minutes to fully understand everything, which in my opinion, is not bad at all. did reach king difficulty relatively fast.

However, the King of Blood's perks are lacking imo, either that or i just could not think of a viable option. I can on average get to year 18-20 with ease but i just get swamped after that. 

Will say the game is very addicting though, and am most likely going to pick up the full game when it releases on steam. easily a 7.5/10 with room for upward growth!

I do agree... after seeing a lot of comments on this issue, king of blood does feel a little underwelming. We're doing a rebalancing to make the demon become viable on wave 15ish with the right build. Also, the exploder unit is getting stronger. 


At this moment, I guess the mangler + towers build is the best option for the king of blood, but it's not really obvious or easy to hit it.

Yeah, mangler is almost needed at current update. ive had some success with double mangler (if i can draw those)  but yeah Tower and mangler with the forest has gotten me close, so i am happy to see i am on the right track! 

Im happy to hear about upcoming updates, will definitely be following this game! cant wait for the full release.

The game is way too hard to enjoy. It needs an easier difficulty settings for people who just want to chill

King of Blood cards feel incredibly underpowered. Or maybe it just hasn't clicked with me yet? Like, I get the gimmick, swarm your enemy with a ton of weak, low power units while your demon altar and cannons scale up, but you aren't going to live long enough to scale unless you get good rewards from the other armies - whereas Nothing and Spells have strong enough bases that you could win without mix and matching cards at all.

Having won with the previous two Kings, I'm not sure why I'm having such a hard time with the king of Blood. It's not the difficulty either, I'm on squire level. But I can't seem to get even to level 20 when I could do this more than once as a novice with the first king.

Why is the King of Blood so weak? As an enemy he is not a real threat and as a king he is beaten more easily by both the Spells and the King of Nothing.

enemy shamans are way too over powered

As other people have mentioned, there is a dance battle type situation in the later waves (started at around wave 20 for me).

At around wave 30 on king mode, the units started taking damage during the dance battle.

At wave 43, some of my units died from this damage, this meant that the battle never actually started (I assume because the game was waiting for units to get to a spot, but they were already dead, so they could not.)

This forced me to stop playing the game, as I waited for >10 mins on max speed, and the battle did not start.

Also, the balancing seems way off imo; Farm + library seems to be the only strategy that works past a certain point.

This strategy allowed me to get 2 units of over 100 units, that had like 70 chain lightning and 60 armor perks (I forget what its called, but its the one that nullifies damage.)

Overall, I enjoyed the game, and am looking forward to future updates :)

The pre-battle dance off really sucks. I'd love to go on endless mode and see how ridiculous I can build things up. Also, maybe a sandbox for if we beat King difficulty?

Sadly, while the game could be fun after figuring out your own broken meta, it is virtually impossible to go past year 20 of the first level/difficulty, especially if you’re fighting against King of Blood.

The amount of entities that need to be animated just during the troop setup stage is way too much, resulting in constant jittering of the troops that doesn’t seem to stop even after 5 minutes of waiting.
