there is a glitch rn where the characters will twitch around and it takes awhile for rounds to start

Is this happening on late waves, like 50 upwards?

I also get this glitch

Happens at every wave but gets worse the higher the stage. More units on the field = More delay and lag. Practically if you were to speed the game up at 2X then units would shake and delay the start. If the game was set to 3X then the delay either gets super long or doesn't start at all. This only happens before the battle starts.


I'm an Android player

Btw I can't progress through the game if the cards I have are unplayable due to having no troops or having max upgrade limit. Could you possibly add a skip button to go to the battle stage?

I started getting dance battles on year 18, and on year 32 my troops started dying during their epilepsy episodes.

I managed to get to ~ lvl 90 with castlemaxxing (see other comment), some feedback:

1) the physics really seems to be much less of an issue than in previous versions, well done <3

2) This uncovered two new bottlenecks:

    - Units getting to position: this can take multiple minutes. Changing speeds/(un)pausing repeatedly helps, so I assume this to be some convergence issue. Might be solvable with either snap-to-grid (after a certain time) or changing the position-updating algorithm (better parameters/choosing a different one)

    - Post-battle card selection: This can also take several minutes and is ultimately what killed the run (forced shutdown). I am not sure what causes this/what helps. If I'm to guess, computing card probabilities/going through all the discarded cards/something like that in some very demanding way.

Great game :)

Reach Year 42 before the game just stop working, certainly due to the insane amount of enemy units.

Overall a very good game, was a little hard in the start but i really has fun with this game.

Crashed the game after year 55 on endless mode. Pretty fun game.

OP low-lag strategy: castlemaxxing

1) Take any tanky unit (knights/soldiers/warlocks), ideally two

2) Make them tankier (one of these should be enough)

    - max level

    - library + block first hit enchant

3) On first decree, take the "infinite castle upgrades" (reroll/reset if neccessary)

4) Upgrade the castle any chance you get


After about 5th upgrade, you should be able to instakill anything (aim at the place with the most enemies), easy win

You might want to consider changing the dmg-size scaling (especially from shamans) to something less-than-linear (A logarithm? Square root?). I managed to lose the well in this (1 enemy wizard + a shitton of shamans) :D

Are u playing on phone if so I had the same problem to many enemies

Looking at how the enemy troops are playing the idle animation without any lag, I'd say this is actually a bug! Probably some unit could not find the path to it's position. It's a very rare bug, but we've seen it happen in the past :(

wanna be invincible I know just the trick

1.) get a wizard tower

2.) get the enchantment that blocks first hit (equip it on wizard)

3.) get a library and put next to wizard tower

4.) funny

5.) (optional) get the static chain enchantment aswell on wizard

spell king is legit impossible to beat, the shamans just buff the other troops 10x and there is nothing you can do. Even when one shotting them with cannon... its futile. Please balance the enemies :sob:

can you please put a limit on how many fucking shamans can spawn because i always lose to spell king because theres no fucking way to wipe out all the shamans before all the enemies are 10x stronger

I agree for a different reason. after a certain amount of rounds pass there are so many shamans that the game struggles to load everything in for me this started around round 40

I never attack the shamans directly because taking damage is what makes them power up the others. Once I understood this it became more manageable. I still lost a lot because I can't entirely control if they get damage, though.

I ended up soft locking on year 55. It still has the animations for the trees and other things, but it is no longer spawning anything for me to fight.

I really like this game and it's difficulty,but damn is the game addicting


Also, the twitch-glitch needs to be fixed, and I very much want to be able to save my progress. 

It kinda crashed at wave 48, I was just buffing my castle so much, it did like 700 dmg, that's it

I have spent a long time trying to win playing as King of Blood on King difficulty and I am pretty sure it is impossible in the game's current state. By the time you hit around level 12-15 the enemy scaling is just so much higher than yours no matter what combo you put together. I'm not sure if this was intended, but it is extremely frustrating.

2 imp armies with a cemetery in between them and a maxed-out demon king, my game lagged and crashed but i made it to 55, the demon kin'gs hp was like 40k

Can anyone explain how the spell king's wizards get that fucking big? Whenever I lose it's always to those titanic bastards.

It's because of the shamans (each buff to dmg = slightly larger size). If there's only a few wizards and many shamans, the wizards get large quickly.

Thank you, this will be useful. Perhaps I can try to fight fire with fire.

I would be careful with trying to balance this version of the game. The comments are right about the imbalance currently, but with all 9 Kings in the final game, the balance will be completely different from the current version. Keep at it, the game is really fun.

BEHOLD, WAVE 92!

I really do enjoy this game. There are some balance issues, bugs, and so on but the overall experience is fun.

I had an OP run with my castle being in the front lines lol. Unfortunately my run ended with wave 92...before it even started.

The game ran very poorly late-game. Arond round 60. Too many units, effects, and damage numbers. These things should be toggled off in later stages. I believe that these things kinda tanked my performance.

Bugs I found:

  • Speeding up to 3 arrows causes a simple issue with the beginning of the round. Units are unable to go into their formations and are stuck unitl you slow down the speed
  • Rerolling price is either wrong or does something I don't get. It will not cost 30 coins believe me
  • With lower frames your units can die before the round even starts because they run into enemies
  • My personal run ended at wave 92 when no units were able to get into their formations to start the round anymore. Unpausing and pausing the game with the lowest resolution helped up until that point

Changes and additions I'd love to see with the next iteration:

  • More options for visuals (bloom, particle effects, blood, damage numbers)
  • Text size
  • More tutorials
    • Enchantments can be stacked, I had to figure this out myself
  • The ability to look at what upgrades do to your plots
    • manglers eat more
    • farms produce more and so on

And of course a screenshot of my defeat. I really wanted to reach 100, but life is unfair sometimes.

I guess you're the one person that got to the highest wave! Your PC must be insane lol But yeah, the game is not supposed to get to year 92... Next update we're looking into making the endless mode harder and harder, to a point where it should be almost impossible to cross the wave 50 mark.

I mean....that's a solution lol

But tbh my PC isn't that beefy. Playing with 16gb of RAM, R5 5600, and a 2060 super. Nothing to write home about 

But it was hella fun, all the way through (especially because of the frame drops because they caused some challenges heh)


I really really tried to get to a 100 but....oh well.

Waiting for the next and then the full release to break it again!!

could add a feature were you can skip a wave but you have to delete a high level space or delete a life 

Why can't the text be displayed?

The web version has the same problem.


The japanese and chinese translations have not been implemented yet, sorry about that :( We only support english and portuguese at this moment

I haven't switched to Chinese in the game yet.

Is it because my Windows is set to Chinese that the display does not work properly?

It's a good game but need to improve the balance between kings (right now: Blood < Nothing < Wizard) maybe you can give each king a starter ability to develop it through the game. And the cards' function also needs to be improved, I suggest you combine 2 same cards to level up and make the zone wider through levels. This game has a huge potential and I hope this can make its way so well when the official release

How to beat the spell king

Archer spells: Lighting strike and Combustion
Warlock: No first hit damage, Combustion, and carnage
Wizard: Lighting
Shaman: Vampire

Suggestion: add a setting in the Options menu that allows you to simplify graphics, with simple shapes of disabling animations to cut down on space usage or something

My game is running at 3 FPS...

I wonder if my 218 archers have something to do with it

This is a known issue happening to a few people! Are you running the game in web version or did you download it? What system are you playing on (Windows 10, Android, etc...)?

This game is amazing but definetely needs some balancing especially with the spell king. Many troops move too fast to be countered after your troops are killed and this needs to be addressed (Maybe a feature like walls around your city).I think the progression needs to be simplified, something like guaranteed card upgrades at certain levels would be amazing (apart from the choice of the three upgrades).Finally, I think making sure that all cards can show up would be great, ive noticed that in some runthroughs cards like the library or the mangler just dont show up regardless of if their coressponding king is active. Bro this game is addictive af, please keep improving it. Cant wait for 9kings 

Thanks for the feedback! We know king of spells is op as an enemy atm, and well be fixing this over the next week by capping the amount of shamans it can have on it's army
